This was the feedback I received from corporate office when I was a retail store manager. I told them I would stop scheduling my monthly training meetings when we stopped exceeding our goals. That never happened and my team won numerous sales, customer service, and performance awards.

Meet my friends at the Children's Clinics in Tucson, AZ. I had the honor of working with their team in 2017. Their team enjoyed the experience so much, they asked their CEO to reach out to work with me again for their Annual Staff Retreat. They value team and culture development so much, they shut down their entire operation for a day to invest in their team. Many of their new team members said they had never experienced something like that from their previous employers.

Children’s Clinics is a comprehensive medical home that offers southern Arizona’s families a unique environment to meet the health care needs of their children with more than 25 medical and dental specialty clinics, primary care, behavioral health, and therapy services under one roof.

Working with this group of Life Changers was a great experience. Even more fun was having my son join me again (you'll see him in the middle of the picture) to help run a few Culture Building Games as the retreat theme was “Playing Through the Decades.”
