His Live F.R.E.S.H. philosophy is the foundation of his work, guiding individuals and organizations to overcome barriers, set bold goals, and cultivate meaningful relationships—all while making an impact. His expertise spans Motivation, Performance, Leadership, Workplace Culture, Entrepreneurship, and Public Speaking.
Frank is also a bestselling author, sharing his insights through books like: "Fresh from the Kitchen: 44 Tasty Techniques to Cook Up the Professional Dreams You Hunger For" and "52 Ways to Shine: Discovering Your Value and Leaving an Impact" co-authored by Rodger Campbell.
His work has inspired professionals in corporations, educational institutions, and government organizations across the globe. Recognized by the National Speakers Association as one of the world’s top professional speakers, Frank’s impact continues to grow as he helps individuals and teams unlock their full potential.
Based in Phoenix, Arizona, Frank enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife, Kelly, and their two children.
