It's the 1st Tuesday of the Month!

Why is this important? For me, it means I get to meet with these amazing humans. Meet the members of my Mastermind Group...professional speakers Joe Fingerhut, CSP , 🎤 Rob Ferre, CSP and Dustin E. James, CSP ⚡ ELEVATE the EVERYDAY (I highly suggest following them, especially when you need a Speaker to kick-off your next Conference, Convention or Professional Development Event.)

We work to meet every month to educate, energize, and empower each other to be the best possible speakers, husbands, parents, friends, and people we can be. We push each other to cook up the tasty results we hunger for.

Today we met to discuss our current successes and challenges. We shared how to address them. We also had • Thom Singer, CSP 🌟 join us to share his knowledge on how to best support each other as a mastermind group.

Over the last two years, we've shared our resources, networks, experiences, and knowledge to help each other elevate our performance in the art and business of public speaking...including everyone earning the highly coveted Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) designation from the National Speakers Association.

You can't cook up success on your own. No matter what career field, hobby, passion project, or personal goal you have, you need to surround yourself with other people who with a similar hunger for results as you. They need to be people you trust and respect. You need to communicate with each other regularly. And most importantly you must be willing and able to listen to them because the goal of the mastermind is for everyone to Fire Up their performance. The group isn't formed for you to hear what you like, it's formed so you can help each other achieve the results you like.
