We would like to thank Mr. Frank Kitchen for being our Guest Speaker and his discussion on how we can all live FRESH (Focused, Resourceful, Enthusiastic, Strong, and Honest). In addition, Mr. Kitchen mentioned how as leaders we must leverage every member of our team’s special abilities and talents to create positive results not just for the team but our Warfighters, Units, and Nation. The Leadership Training focused on our Army’s most important asset “Our People”, with the discussion geared around Teamwork, Communication, Creating Positive Cultures, and Talent Management. It was a powerful opportunity to conduct our annual winter offsite training preparing our Resource Management (RM) Professionals (Finance/Comptrollers) for the excitement of the coming year in 2020.
