A Vlog is a video a Blog and late last year I joined the vloging world. This is why you haven't seen many vlogs on the website over the last few months.

I call my Vlog "Living FRESH." It provides a visual look into my life. Just because I'm vlogging doesn't mean I will stop blogging. It just means I won't be blogging as much.
