How do you Meal Prep Your Day?

"What's Cooking in Your KItchen?"

Have you ever noticed how the world tends to focus on what you can't do and what you haven't done? I believe people are just like chefs. Chefs are recognized for what they excel at, not what they can't do. People love to inquire about what they will be "cooking up" next versus what they haven't done. To truly maximize our potential we must focus on what we are great at and what we will be producing (cooking up) in the future. Here's a little game I created called "What's Cooking in Your Kitchen" to shift your mindset to Live FRESH. Enjoy and please put your completed picture somewhere visible for you and others to see. Feel free to email your picture of me at frank@frankkitchen.com. Read more

Listen to the Advice Special People Offer to You.

Excerpt from Chapter 3 of "FRESH from the Kitchen" “Really great people make you feel that you, too can become great.” – Mark Twain I worked at Lakeland Community College in Kirtland, Ohio for nine years. I left the school in July of 2007 to pursue a career as a professional speaker, and to move closer to my future wife, Kelly, in Arizona. Many of my coworkers and students told me that they would miss me. I informed the college of my decision to leave that May. Every week, the President of the Lakeland would send out a letter (email) to the employees. The email would cover a variety of subjects. That May, he asked college employees to contribute to his weekly email. When word of my departure spread, he asked me to write something. Here’s what I wrote. This is one of the light bulb moments that made me write my book, "FRESH from the Kitchen." Read more

"So you want to be an Entrepreneur?"

When I coach entrepreneurs and prospective entrepreneurs, I challenge them with the following questions. Celebrate Life

“Life is about experiences and relationships!” – Bernie Morgan In 2006, I was sitting in the home of Bernie Morgan in Adelaide, Australia. I was having an insightful conversation with Bernie, his wife Colleen, and my friend Dave. We discussed politics, religion, family, friends, food, and wine. While sipping a glass of wine, Bernie made the quote that has changed my life. Life is about experiences and relationships. Read more
