How did you become a speaker?


While working at Lakeland Community College in suburban Cleveland, Ohio, I was asked to volunteer as a speaker and presenter at several conferences and workshops. The owner of a speaking agency noticed me and asked my students if I would be make a good speaker. They said yes. I was asked to join the agency and they rest was history.

What organizations do you work with?


I've had the great opportunity to work with a variety of organizations, businesses, schools, and professional associations. Leadership is for everyone. In one week, I spoke for a group of Middle School students and their teachers one day, an amazing group of professionals the next day, an enthusiastic group of librarians a few days later and ended the week on stage at a College Student Leadership Conference.  Motivation, Leadership, Team Culture, Communication, and Fundraising programs are wanted and needed by all ages.

What topics do you speak on?


I’ve spoken for schools, businesses, non-profits and association conferences on the following topics: leadership, communication, teamwork, customer service, recruitment and retention, diversity, fundraising and company culture. What is your speaking fee?



I have several investment levels based on your wants and needs. For information about my fee structures for participating in your conference, orientation, retreat, event or training please fill out the contact form on this website or email me at, and I will get back to you as soon as possible with a quote.

How much do you charge for travel?


All of my travel expenses are built in to my fee in order to make life easier for you. You pay one flat rate, and I’ll take care of the rest.

I never want a limited budget or a tough financial situation prevent you from hosting an amazing conference or event. Please contact me and we can discuss options that can create a win-win situations to fit your budget.

Why do you wear the color green?


Green is the color of growth and action. My keynotes, workshops, and training programs are designed to empower leaders to use their time, talents, team and treasures to take the actions needed to produce positive results for themselves and others. I want the people I work with to take the necessary leadership actions to grow in their personal and professional lives. Wearing the color green is a visual reminder of why I do what I do as a leader to help people around the world live life. Also, my wife's name is Kelly. So Kelly green reminds me of her!
